New field development at Lake Teganuma was completed in 1951. In addition, a front gate still remains that is a full-fledged yakui-mon gate from the end of the Edo Period that gives visitors a sense of the family’s high social standing. At present, the inside of the main building is closed to visitors because it is being renovated, but visitors can view how it looks from the courtyard.
